I am very disappointed with Bosch vacuum cleaner’s after sale service. Last year I bought a Bosch Vacuum cleaner costing $299. Last month I ran out of hepa filter to replace. I went to all the major department stores like Court, Harvey Norman n Best Denki to buy. None has the filter! I mean I just bought last year and they do not carry the item anymore!
They told me I need to buy from the sore agent. Ok, so I called up the agent. I cannot order online nor order through delivery. Worst of all is that the sole agent’s office is opened only during office hours! That means between 9 – 6pm! Monday to Friday! Not even a half day on Saturday!
I also work office hours n my workplace is too far for me to go n buy during lunch break.
I had feedbacked to the man who handled my call that being the sole agent, he should do his best to make accessories available freely in stores where their products are sold. Or set up online ordering and delivery. If not, perhaps send the item to a particular store for me to buy. In fact, I even request that they sent the item to my residence n I am willing to pay for the delivery.
Did they take any of my suggestions? Not even one! The guy just simply said that they can’t do it. Period.
This kind of service, they shouldnt be given the privilege to be the sole agent! In the long run, who will buy Bosch Vacuum cleaners as the hepa filter needs to be changed at least once every six month.
